SHERMAN, Conn.—The Sherman Artists Association will again participate in the annual Farm Day at Happy Acres Farm, 2 Taber Rd., Saturday, Oct. 4, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., celebrating art, community and rural charm.

Farm-themed artworks depicting Happy Acres, farm life, countryside scenes and similar genres will be exhibited, with some art for sale and some to be raffled off. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 10 for $40. The raffle is a fundraiser for the Sherman Artists Association.

The rain date is Oct 5. 

In addition to artwork by members of the Sherman Artist Association, there will be artwork from the Sherman School. SAA is partnering with the school to display student artwork from kindergarten to third grade.

There will be music, food, pumpkins for sale, animal exhibits, hay rides, farm equipment and more.
