SHARON, Conn. —The Hotchkiss Library of Sharon, in collaboration with the Sharon Historical Society and the Sharon Audubon Center, announce their second annual Sharon Community Read-Aloud for Saturday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Francis Hodgson Burnett’s children’s classic, “The Secret Garden” will be read and readers are invited to sign up to read aloud for 15 minutes slots.
The library will be the site from 9 a.m. to noon; the historical society from noon to 2:30 p.m.; and the Sharon Audubon Center from 3 to 5:30 p.m.
All ages are welcome to read.
Light refreshments will be served.
The Community Read-Aloud is sponsored by the Hotchkiss Library’s Volunteer Guild.
