Doors open at 7 p.m., for a pre-concert reception sponsored by the New Milford Tennis and Swim Club and Washington Home Care, LLC. The evening’s concert begins at 7:30.

“A Casting for Recovery weekend retreat is the chance for women in all stages of their breast cancer journey to celebrate each other, laugh, cry, learn something new and heal,” said Sharon O’Connell, program coordinator for Trinity Retreat House located in West Cornwall.

Seat of Our Pants features Carolyn Brodginski (vocals, guitar, dulcimer, mandolin), Mark Hall (vocals, cajon, percussion), Jeff Gorman (bass, harmonica), and Mike Frantzen (fiddle, vocals). SOOP, as the band is affectionately known, is celebrated for its eclectic mix of styles, from folk, pop to American roots.
