KENT—The Kent Land Trust and Parks and Recreation will join forces to present a Full Moon Hike on KLT’s Skiff Mountain South preserve to Harrison Overlook. The hike will take place Friday, Oct. 23, at 7 p.m.

Bring a flashlight or headlamp and dress for the weather. Hiking after dark awakens different senses. After sunset, the forest whispers a different story to those willing to walk its trails.

This activity is for ages 10 and up and is not a drop off program. It is an easy-to-moderate trail, and the total hike will be just under three miles. Wear sturdy footwear, bring a water bottle and headlamp. Light refreshments will be provided.

Registration is required to communicate weather-related changes. For more information email Info@kentlandtrust.org or call 860-592-0011.
