KENT, Conn.—The annual budget hearing has been postponed from Friday, May 1, until Friday, May 15, at 6 p.m.
As a consequence, the date for the town meeting to vote on the budget has been pushed back to Friday, May 29, also at 6 p.m.
The delay results from a failure to publish a legal notice warning of the meeting.
