KENT, Conn.—The Kent Land Trust is holding a Guided Species Identification Walk with Kelly Alisha Tobin interns Ella and Sam this Saturday at 9 a.m. at Tobin Preserve.

The group will explorthe preserve together and discover the plants, animals and other species that make this place unique. Bring binoculars if you have them.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early, as the hike will begin promptly at 9 a.m. to maximize the time together.

To reach the preserve take Route 7 North to Carter Road, take the first left onto Dugan Road. Drive slowly to the top of Dugan Road, turn right, and proceed to the parking at the end of the preserve’s access road.

If those who have registered have changed their plans and can no longer attend, they are asked to let Melissa Cherniske know at 860-488-3263 before Saturday.
