SOUTH KENT — Ronald Aakjar Sr. of South Kent passed away peacefully July 9, 2026, at the age of 83.
He is survived by his wife Amy. He was predeceased by his first wife, Linda. He is also survived by two sons, Peder, of South Kent, and Ron Jr., of Plympton, Mass.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Raymond, of Sharon, and a sister, Melanie, of New York City; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Oct. 2, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Church in Kent.
