TORRINGTON, Conn.—The Connecticut Oral Health Initiative is holding a forum for individuals enrolled in, or who have children enrolled in, HUSKY Health. Information will be gathered about their experiences in receiving dental services, as well as ideas for improvements.
The forum will be held Wednesday, June 18, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Brooker Memorial, 157 Litchfield St. Pre-registration is required.
Participants will receive a $50 gift card, free oral health supplies, meals for those attending the two-hour sessions in-person.
All responses will be kept confidential.
