This is the nonprofit’s largest fundraiser of the year, and every winning bid on getaways, unique experiences and local adventures supports HVA’s education, land conservation and river restoration work across the tri-state Housatonic River watershed.

The event, which brings together supporters from Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York, starts at 3 p.m. and is a celebration of conservation excellence and enhanced access to outdoor spaces for all.

Tickets and sponsorships are available online in advance.

HVA Board member Christine Baranski, critically acclaimed Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress and star of CBS’s “The Good Fight” and HBO’s “The Gilded Age,” will host the event and is chairing the Benefit Auction Committee with her daughter, Lily Cowles, and co-chair Elyse Harney Morris.

Auctioneer Sherry Truhlar of Red Apple Auctions will take the helm during the live bidding, hyping up packages like a VIP experience donated by late-night host Seth Meyers.

New to the event this year is the “Winner’s Choice Raffle,” where every $100 ticket is a chance to walk away with one of five live auction or premium silent auction items, including vacation packages to Willamette Valley, Oregan, and Chattanooga, Tennessee: all with values ranging upwards from $1,000. 150 total raffle tickets are available on the auction website, and participants do not have to be present at the in-person event to win.

A silent auction opened online Nov. 10 and concludes during the in-person event, features enticing packages including regional stays, restaurant certificates, performance tickets and original artwork. HVA invites everyone to sign up for online bidding at hvatoday.org (at no cost).

Attendees will also enjoy cocktails provided by Litchfield Distillery and music and production by Powerstation Events.

Seating is limited. Visit hvatoday.org to purchase event tickets and raffle tickets or to register for the silent auction.

HVA is the only conservation organization dedicated to the entire tri-state Housatonic Watershed, the Housatonic Valley Association acts to protect the natural character and environmental health of the region from the Berkshires to Long Island Sound.
