KENT, Conn.—The Kent Library continues its series on dinosaurs Monday, Aug. 10, from 2 to 3 p.m. with an exploration of how scientists have concluded what they know about the giant reptiles.

In a program open to all, but geared to older elementary and middle school students, participants will tackle questions such as how do we know about animals like T. Rex and brontosaurus if no one has ever seen one and did the dinosaurs behave the way they are portrayed in movies.

Participants will tackle questions like these by looking at actual dinosaur fossils and using the same skills as paleontologists to separate fact from fiction.

The program will be held in the Junior Room at Kent Memorial Library’s temporary location, 10-12 Landmark Lane.
