In addition to touring with Gordon Lightfoot, Crookston has headlined major U.S. Festivals, released “Nine Becomes One” (2023), and received the Folk Alliance International “Album of the Year” award.

His song “Brooklyn in July” also inspired the award-winning short film of the same title.

The evening also features special guest John John Brown, who will open for Crookston and is described by Elmore Magazine as “one of the more promising young names in folk music today.”
