KENT, Conn.—The Kent Art Association has announced winning entries in its 2026 Members Show, which opened on Sept. 19 with a reception. There are more than 70 works of art presented in the show.
Best in Show went to Stacy Bogdonoff; Best Representational went to Scott Bricher; Best Abstract to James Napolean, and Best Mixed Media to Amanda Lynn.
Honorable Mention awards went to Merrill French, Amy Hock, Joan McFarland, Mary Terrizzi and Wendy Goidel. The exhibit is open through Saturday, Oct. 3.
KAA continues to host the monthly Artist Hive event on the third Thursday of the month. The Artist Hive for October will be held on Thursday, Oct. 15, at 4 p.m. This is a time when artists can bring a work for critique and discuss art topics in general. It typically ends at 5:30 p.m. but is informal.
The 2026 Members Show will be open to the public Thursday through Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. and Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.
The KAA gallery is located at 21 South Main Street.
