KENT, Conn.—The Board of Assessment Appeals had no appellants before it when it met Saturday, Sept. 19, to hear grievances about motor vehicle assessments based on the October 2025 Grand List, so members contented themselves with scheduling the following special meetings for 2027:
Monday, Feb. 22, at 5:30 p.m. to review real estate assessment appeal submittals and to plan corresponding hearings.
Friday, March 5, at 5:30 p.m. to hear real estate assessment appeals.
Saturday, March 6, at 10 a.m. to hear real estate assessment appeals, conduct site visits as needed and as time permits, and deliberate and decide on cases as time permits.
Saturday, March 13, at 10 a.m. to deliberate and decide on cases as needed.
Saturday, Sept.18, at 10 a.m. hear Motor Vehicle Assessment Appeals and decide on cases.
