GAYLORDSVILLE, Conn.—The Merwinsville Hotel’s 38th annual Arts and Fine Crafts Fall Show will be held over two weekends, Friday, Oct. 11, through Sunday, Oct. 13 and Friday, Oct. 17, through Sunday, Oct. 19, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
Those looking for gifts of original artwork by more than 80 local artists will find a wide variety of framed oil paintings, watercolors and photography. The fall show also features the work of artisans in glass, jewelry, woodwork, pottery, fiber arts and more.
A portion of all sales benefit the hotel, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
A $3 donation per person is requested. Children under 10 and individuals with a current membership are admitted free, and those with a “sponsor” or higher membership will receive a one-time 10 percent discount on their entire order.
The Merwinsville Hotel is located at 1 Brown’s Forge Road in Gaylordsville.
