KENT, Conn. —Kent Restaurant Week 2026 will kickoff with “Sip & Savor,” Thursday, April 30, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Kent Community House, 93 North Main Street.

Marking the start of the second annual Restaurant Week, the inaugural “Sip & Savor” event brings together local restaurants, wineries and culinary artisans from Kent, Cornwall, Warren and Gaylordsville to compete for “Best Appetizer” and “Best Cocktail/Mocktail” in the region in a friendly, community-driven competition.

Participating establishments include a diverse lineup of local favorites such as 109 Cheese & Wine, 45 on Main, Fife ‘n Drum Restaurant and Inn, Kent Kitchen, Hopkins Vineyard, Swyft, The Pink House, The Villager Restaurant, Town Center Wines & Spirits and Warren General Store.

In addition to culinary offerings, the evening will feature live entertainment by the band “On The Road Again,” creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy with friends and family. A bourbon tasting will also be provided by Litchfield Distillery.

The event will include raffles and prize opportunities supported by local businesses, with proceeds benefiting the Kent Food Bank, reinforcing the community-focus of the celebration. Tickets for “Sip & Savor” are priced at $55 per person and are limited, with attendance restricted to guests aged 21 and older.

Kent Restaurant Week will continue from May 1 through May 9, offering prix fixe and special menus at participating restaurants, giving diners the opportunity to explore the region’s vibrant culinary scene at exceptional value.
