KENT, Conn. — Kent Memorial Library will hold its next Relief for Grief Group May 23 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The group regularly meets the second and fourth Friday of each month at the 32 N. Main St. library.

The community group is open to anyone who has experienced a loss, is feeling grief, or grieving.

The group is neither traditional therapy nor counseling, per se, but it is a safe supportive space where people can come together, speak about their loss, explore their emotions and thoughts, if it is the right time and place for them to do so, according to organizers.
