How to Log In

  1. Click “Sign in” at the top of any page on kentdispatch.org.
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email inbox for a 6-digit code
  4. Enter the code to log in

Want to set a password instead? After logging in, click “My Account” → “Account details” to create a password.

How to See Your Subscription

  1. Log in (see above)
  2. Click “My Account” at the top of the page
  3. Click “Subscriptions”

You’ll see your subscription amount, renewal date, and status.

How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in
  2. Click “My Account”
  3. Click “Payment methods”
  4. Add your new card or update your existing one

How to Change Your Subscription Amount

  1. Log in
  2. Go to “My Account” → “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on your subscription number
  4. Click “Edit donation”
  5. Choose your new amount

How to Cancel or Pause Your Subscription

  1. Log in
  2. Go to “My Account” → “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on your subscription number
  4. Click “Cancel”
  5. Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of your current billing period

How to See Your Payment Receipts

  1. Log in
  2. Go to “My Account” → “Orders”
  3. You’ll see all payments made since December 2, 2025.
  4. Click any order to view or download the receipt

NOTE: What About My Payment History Before December 2, 2025?

Due to how our new system works, only payments made after December 2, 2025, show in your account. If you need information about earlier payments, email us at community@kentgtd.org and we’ll get that for you.
