KENT, Conn.—The Kent Historical Society will present Connecticut State Historian Emeritus Walt Woodward in a Zoom program about American artist John Trumbull Thursday, Feb. 26, at 6:30 p.m.

Trumbull is often remembered as the painter of the American Revolution and the man who artistically captured the most iconic images of nation’s founding period. Join KHS and on Zoom to hear this unique Connecticut story about a talented son and a demanding father, one that made an enduring impression on the American memory.
